Serving God's people is a meaningful way to share your gifts and graces.
Jesus said: For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. And then he said: "Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."
Go Ministries is a direct response to Jesus' challenge in Matthew 25 to go and meet the needs of God's people. Through GO, we serve our local and global communities and share the love and grace of God in tangible ways. Below are some examples of what we do in GO.
- Faith Mission -- Join us in preparing, serving, and sharing a meal with Columbus' hungry and homeless.
- The Open Shelter of Columbus -- Help us prepare and deliver over 100 lunches for the homeless.
- Hispanic Ministry -- Help us help others by providing loving and safe child care for Hispanic parents while they learn English.
